Rawson Development are always looking to acquire sites that are either green field or alternatively existing properties that require complete refurbishment.

We are looking for sites suitable for up to six new build properties or redevelopment of single properties. We restrict the sites we work on in the North Yorkshire area and generally within 20 miles of York.

Often the sites we acquire are rural. Sites and planning are often contentious issues but we approach these matters with sensitivity and work in the strictest confidence.
